An international food company recruits employees from Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, and Poland for its factories in Germany and Austria

The company operates larger food factories in Germany and Austria. Unfortunately, it is becoming increasingly difficult to find local staff and therefore the company was looking for good employees from Eastern European countries.

Within a very short time we were able to find an experienced recruitment manager with excellent German language skills at our Warsaw location. This specialist had good networks in other countries and thus we were able to present the company with excellent candidates for the various areas of production. We also found the eagerly sought craftsmen, be they mechanics, locksmiths, electricians or plumbers.

We searched internationally, checked the application documents, screened the candidates via Skype or phone call, and translated the documents into German. Afterwards, the company or the respective factory took over the process and hired the employees directly. If necessary, we also supported with the relocation, whether by organizing transportation or helping to find accommodation.
