Recruitment via advertisements, direct recruitment via social media or crowd recruitment - we will find the right recruiters for you.

We would be happy to set up your own recruiting department. These employees will recruit employees for your company either in your home market or, if you wish, abroad. Your outsourcing recruitment team creates all job descriptions together with your business partners or your own clients, advertises vacancies according to your specifications and then accompanies you through the entire recruitment process.

Our employees will also carry out the screening of CVs, make initial selections, and screen promising candidates via online meeting. They obtain reference information and coordinate additional meetings with line managers and HR on site. Afterwards our employees can draw up the contract - easily as if they were your own recruiters.
