How do I ensure that my processes are correctly implemented at the outsourcing location?

How do I ensure the transfer of knowledge and that outsourcing does not cause any unrest in my own company?

We support you in the transfer of your tasks and processes. There are different ways in which knowledge and processes can be transferred.

We like to work using the "Shadowing Method". In this method, the employees travel to your location and take over the processes directly. If travelling is too complicated and expensive, we can also conduct the shadowing online via MS Teams or Zoom. We have very good experience with this.

In order to implement the transfer successfully, we divide the processes into individual subtasks. These subtasks are handed over to the new employees by means of "demonstrating, participating, and doing it unattended". Regular Quality Gates ensure the completeness of the transfer.

In some cases, we simply record the processes in detail at your site and then transfer them to our Service locations.
