We rely on LEAN, which we use with all its modules in our tasks.

We rely on internal LEAN specialists who continuously scrutinize and optimize the processes together with the teams. KAIZEN, process optimization, and the elimination of MUDAs are already bringing great success. In addition, we hold a short daily LEAN meeting for each team, which serves to exchange all open points and helps resolving them quickly.
